DATA for Logging is TTL and you need to convert it to RS232 or USB with an adapter or MAX3232 IC, search in ebay for USB RS232 TTL and you' ll find adaptors for about $2. Simply connect GND-GND and TX from IMAX B6 to RX of adapter. Software could be LOGview.

For Temperature measurement you need a LM35 from national semiconductor, search for the datasheet for it's pinout.
