Two Panasonic camcorders (an HC-V720, around 5 years old, and an HDC-SD9, around 10 years old) with TRRS A/V outputs I have just tested definitely have the "Sony" pin-out, where the second ring from the end (pin 3) is ground, not pin 2. I first wired up the adaptor using the "Panasonic" column of you table and got video signal noise blasted into both my left and right ears. What a disaster! Please correct to prevent somebody else's time from being wasted like what mine has been. Cheers -Mark | APPROVED |
