For Dell Optiplex 745 SFF-Not tested on other Dell's models.

This connector is  on the motherboard, under hard disc and i t was test with multimeter. This is a standard pinout of double USB. I have connected a cheap multimedia reader card (6 euro), NOT the Teac CA-200!!

Work very well!
