 I open the case and reverse engineering to find it out.

If you want to use this film adaper seperately, you can apply 24v DC at pin 3 and pin 2( or 5,) it will illuminate whenever the switch on the machine is on or off.

Because the switch are orininary designed to control the power source in the scanner, not directely cut the power of the film adaper itself.
