There are lots of different pinouts on the web but only this one worked for my Nurit 8320. Plug into the RS232 socket on the Nurit and the COM port at the PC and then use Nurit Application Integrator to load the application into the terminal.
For convenience I also included the wire colors in case you use a part of an Ethernet cable instead of crimping the plug yourself.
